Refund Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations: We require 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time the full charge will be charged for the session.
No-Show Policy: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full price of the session.
Refund Policy
Very occasionally we may need to cancel your Booking. In such circumstances you will be given a full refund but we shall have no further liability to you arising out of such cancellation.
