At Serenity Spa & Treatments we are we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of suppliers, customers, business contacts, employees and other people the organisation has a relationship with or may need to contact. In particular, we want you to know that Serenity Spa & Treatments is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email or data lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes.

 

When we receive personal data from a customer or potential customer, including business cards, in order to provide goods or services, and for legitimate interests of the business, you may be contacted directly by a member of staff including email, telephone calls, text messages, direct mail or internet messaging.

What to include in the Privacy Policy

Generally speaking, a Privacy Policy often addresses these types of issues: the types of information the website is collecting and the manner in which it collects the data; an explanation about why is the website collecting these types of information; what are the website’s practices on sharing the information with third parties; ways in which your visitors and customers can exercise their rights according to the relevant privacy legislation; the specific practices regarding minors’ data collection; and much, much more.
